The Carrara Marble Adventure Tour – Val di Lima is a riding experience designed to offer combining scenic riding, off-road exploration, and the discovery of one of Tuscany’s most iconic locations: the Carrara marble quarries.

The experience is organized by Val di Lima Off Road, Yamaha Technical Partner and Yamaha Destination in Tuscany, in collaboration with TOM42, Yamaha Technical Partner, a company specialized in creating motorcycle itineraries and promoting the territory through two-wheel tourism.

The tour begins at the Val di Lima Off Road base, from where the group heads towards the Garfagnana region, riding along scenic roads that gradually lead to the Apuan Alps, one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in Tuscany.

The route continues towards the historic Fantiscritti Quarries, located in the heart of the Carrara marble district, where participants will take part in a guided 4x4 Jeep tour to explore the impressive marble quarries and discover the history and extraction techniques of one of the most famous materials in the world.

After the quarry experience, the group moves to the charming village of Colonnata, renowned for its traditional Lardo di Colonnata IGP, where a lunch stop is planned in an authentic and traditional setting.

In the afternoon, the tour continues back towards the Val di Lima, eventually returning to the Val di Lima Off Road base, concluding the experience after a day of riding and discovery among mountains, marble landscapes, and local traditions.
