Step out of your comfort zone and treat yourself to a true motorcycle journey through the Val di Lima, crossing the Apennine frontier aboard the Yamaha Ténéré 700. A mixed on-road and natural-surface adventure, led by our experienced instructors, designed for riders seeking an authentic and immersive experience.

DAY 1: 140 km – 70% paved roads / 30% off-road.

The tour starts from our base in Livizzano (600 m), heading towards Barga. We cross the Apennines through the beech forests of Vetricia, entering the wild heart of the Upper Garfagnana, where riders can test both their riding skills and endurance.We reach San Pellegrino in Alpe (1,525 m), the highest inhabited village in the Apennines, riding the spectacular “Giro del Diavolo” dirt track, one of the most iconic sections of the tour.

We then return towards the Val di Lima for a lunch stop*.

In the afternoon, passing through the Orrido di Botri Natural Reserve, we visit the ancient chestnut trees of the Le Campore plateau, riding along the slopes of Monte Prato Fiorito, up to Rifugio Casentini, at the foot of Monte Giovo.

From here, we continue to Foce a Giovo, the highest mountain pass in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines (1,674 m), before returning via the villages of Montefegatesi and Colle a Serra, where the day comes to an end.

DAY 2: 140 km – 60% paved roads / 40% off-road

Departure at 9:00 AM heading towards the village of Lucchio (670 m). Crossing the Pistoia hills, we ride to Collodi Castello (125 m), before climbing onto the Pizzorne plateau (900 m), offering 360-degree views over the Lucca plain.

After a lunch stop*, the tour concludes with the return to the starting point in the Val di Lima, riding along natural-surface roads that perfectly close this two-day adventure.
