Step out of your comfort zone and embark on a true motorcycle journey through the Val di Lima and the Apennines, riding the Yamaha Ténéré 700. A guided tour combining paved roads and natural-surface trails, led by our experienced instructors, designed for riders seeking an authentic, progressive, and immersive adventure.
DAY 1 – The Tuscan Hills: 120 km, approx. 4 hours + lunch break, 60% paved / 40% off-road.
Departure at 9:00 AM from the agriturismo, heading towards the village of Lucchio (670 m), crossing the Pistoia hills. The route continues to Collodi Castle (125 m) and then climbs to the Pizzorne plateau (900 m), offering 360-degree views over the Lucca plain. The day ends with the return to the agriturismo or hotel, riding along natural trails directly on the Ténéré 700, closing the first day with a perfect balance of riding, scenery, and discovery.
DAY 2 – From the Mountains to the Ligurian Coast: 250 km, approx. 6 hours + lunch break, 60% paved / 40% off-road.
Departure at 9:00 AM for one of the most scenic days of the tour, riding from the rugged mountains of Garfagnana towards the Ligurian coast. The route follows mountain trails and forest tracks, gradually descending from the Apennine peaks into the valleys below. The scenery changes dramatically, delivering a dynamic and engaging riding experience across technical sections and breathtaking landscapes. As the coastline approaches, the contrast between mountains and sea makes this day one of the most memorable of the entire journey.
DAY 3 – The Tuscan Apennine Frontier: 120 km, approx. 4 hours + lunch break, 60% paved / 40% off-road.
Departure at 9:00 AM from the agriturismo/hotel towards Barga, crossing the Vetricia beech forests to enter the wildest area of the Upper Garfagnana. The route reaches San Pellegrino in Alpe (1,525 m), the highest inhabited village in the Apennines, riding the spectacular “Giro del Diavolo” dirt track. After the lunch break at the Orrido di Botri Natural Reserve, the tour continues with a visit to the ancient chestnut trees of the Le Campore plateau, before climbing to Rifugio Casentini, at the foot of Monte Giovo, and reaching Foce a Giovo, the highest mountain pass in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines (1,674 m). The final stretch passes through Montefegatesi and Colle a Serra, before returning to the Val di Lima Off Road Base, where the tour comes to an end.
